Return window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery when unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Exceptions

For hygiene and safety, opened cosmetics, underwear, swimwear, earrings, personalized products, and final-sale items cannot be returned.

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method or ZALORA Wallet, normally within 5 to 10 business days.
